The Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting property market research, liaising with clients to understand their needs, presenting property options, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. This role also involves maintaining client relationships and staying informed about real estate market trends.
Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to effectively conduct property market research and analyze trends Experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development Knowledge of real estate market and transaction processes Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented Proficiency in using CRM tools and property management software is preferred Real estate license in the state of West Virginia, or willingness to obtain one A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
