Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Consultant located in the El Paso Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Real Estate Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, provide expert advice, conduct property tours, and negotiate transactions. They will develop strong client relationships, assess market trends, list properties, and assist with marketing strategies to promote listings effectively. Ensuring a seamless and positive client experience is key in this role.
Qualifications
Real estate expertise, including property evaluation, market analysis, and contract negotiation
Strong sales, client relationship management, and customer service skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Marketing and social media knowledge to promote real estate listings effectively
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and work in a hybrid environment
Real Estate License in Texas (or willingness to obtain one in a timely manner)
Familiarity with the El Paso real estate market is a strong advantage
Proficiency with real estate tools and technology platforms
