The Opportunity
We’re currently partnering with an
Am Law 100 firm
that is looking to add a Mid to Senior Associate to its growing Real Estate Transactions team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded practice working across the full real estate investment lifecycle from structuring and formation through to financing, development, and asset management.
You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to a wide range of sophisticated, high‑value transactions while working alongside a collaborative and well‑respected team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working on a broad mix of real estate matters, including financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions
Advising both lenders and borrowers on complex real estate financing transactions
Structuring, drafting, and negotiating joint venture agreements
Supporting deals across asset classes such as office, multi‑family, industrial, retail, and hospitality
Collaborating closely with a high‑performing team on market‑leading transactions
What We’re Looking For
Mid‑level to senior associate with strong real estate transactional experience
Background in a combination of financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, and/or dispositions
Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers is highly desirable
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Solid academic credentials and prior law firm experience
Admission to the relevant bar (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required
