Brixton is looking for a

Key Accounts Specialist . The primary responsibility of this position is to focus on providing our internal departments, customers, and Director with the highest level of service possible. This role will work closely with the in-house sales team, sales management, operations, production, warehouse, logistics, and accounting departments to ensure that all requests are handled in a timely manner and with as much detailed information as needed.

This is a short-term, temporary position that will require the individual to work onsite in Carlsbad, CA.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Provide key account support and day-to-day account management

Oversee order book management, including data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, labeling and ticketing, allocation, order entry, credit holds, releasing orders for fulfillment, and ensuring on-time shipping

Maximize product fulfillment across all orders

Communicate with buyers regarding shipping status, ticket requests, price adjustments, and delivery extensions

Process order entry and issue order acknowledgements (O/As)

Respond to customer needs promptly and complete tasks within established timelines

Support EDI/SPS processes and related troubleshooting

Manage and order tickets and value-added services (VAS) for key accounts

Handle returns, including issuing RAs, processing returns, and managing markdowns

Prepare and share weekly open order status reports

Identify and resolve order and shipping issues

Manage SMU approvals, maintain Monday boards, coordinate sample shipments, and communicate with buyers and internal teams

Deliver a high level of customer service and support various customer requests

Complete customer documentation, including IIF forms, PA forms, image requests, and e-commerce copy requests

Build seasonal assortments using PowerPoint/Keynote

Support sales appointments, meetings, and trade shows by preparing sample lines, organizing showrooms, gathering carryover styles, printing materials, and shipping samples

Manage the sample inventory, including organizing current samples, archiving past seasons, and setting up new collections

Source and order samples for key account needs

Distribute marketing assets to key accounts

Identify weekly ATS (available-to-sell) opportunities

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

2–4 years of experience in sales support or a related role

Experience supporting key accounts is a plus

Experience with dropship accounts

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and effective time management

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

Experience with NetSuite and Elastic is a plus

SALARY RANGE The base pay for this position is between $24 - $27 per hour. In accordance with applicable state laws, the range provided is Brixton's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location.
