Position Reports To Director, Lawn & Garden Operations
Salary Range $70K-$90K per year / DOQ
Purpose of Position Supports the execution and day-to-day management of the proprietary brand portfolio. This role focuses on product setup, cross‑functional coordination, and performance tracking to ensure successful product launches and ongoing brand support.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of brand initiatives, including product launches and updates
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure timely and accurate product rollout
Manage item setup, product data, and system accuracy across internal platforms
Assist with pricing updates and promotional execution
Monitor brand performance and prepare regular reports on sales, margins, and inventory trends
Support market and competitive research to inform brand activities
Assist with ongoing portfolio maintenance, including product updates and discontinuations
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field highly desired
3+ years of experience in brand, category, product management, or related field, Lawn and Garden highly preferred
Experience influencing P&L performance
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP and planning systems preferred
Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Compensation Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience, participation in group insurance plans upon eligibility, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave and more. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job‑related reasons.
Two (2) Medical Plans, with GrowGeneration contributing 80% to employee only coverage and 50% to employee + dependent(s) coverage

Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions.
