Position Overview Provide strategic advisory support and operational oversight for customer lifecycle marketing programs while managing execution of complex lifecycle initiatives and supporting team development.

Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities

Develop strategic recommendations for customer lifecycle program optimization and advanced segmentation strategies.

Provide oversight and guidance for lifecycle marketing campaign execution and performance optimization across team members.

Maintain responsibility for complex customer journey mapping and multi-touch attribution analysis for lifecycle programs.

Establish advanced marketing automation workflows and sophisticated customer scoring models for enhanced personalization.

Implement customer retention and expansion strategy development in collaboration with Customer Success teams.

Drive mentoring and professional development support for junior lifecycle marketing team members.

Support strategic planning and budget allocation recommendations for lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent work experience.

Five (5) years Lifecycle Marketing or Customer Marketing experience.

Strong understanding of advanced marketing automation and customer journey optimization.

Experience with customer data analysis and predictive modeling.

Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Experience with customer success and retention program development.
