Job Description
Arrowhead Union High School District seeks a highly dedicated high school Associate Principal committed to continuous improvement and best practice. Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain a learning environment that promotes the success of all students and staff.
Foster a culture of collaboration.
Inspire intellectual, emotional, and social growth, motivation, and resilience.
Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the North Campus.
Ensure district policies are followed and implemented consistently and with fidelity.
Maintain and role‑model a positive, flexible attitude.
Be approachable to students, staff, and parents.
Think critically, prevent problems, and effectively solve problems.
Communicate effectively.
Prioritize, organize, and manage responsibilities.
Timely and accurately complete all required internal/external communications, records, and reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.
