Harvey Nash, Seattle, WA, United States

Defines the product strategy and roadmap, delivers MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification, works with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities, runs beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples. Level III Senior resource with considerable and extensive experience.

Role Overview Contract Product Manager(s) to act as an execution engine / bandwidth multiplier for the BEX Whole Trip + Families workstream. This PM will drive cross-functional delivery to demonstrate clear near-term impact against Whole Trip and family-tagged metrics.

Complexity / Tenure:

Multi-team, cross-surface (web + app) UX delivery, experimentation, and instrumentation across a Whole Trip portfolio is beyond a mid-level PM; it’s consistent with strong Senior level expectations for product.

General years of experience: 8+ years, particularly in product related field

Core Skills & Competencies

Cross-functional delivery at scale

Proven track record shipping multi-team UX changes across web + app.

Strong in Jira hygiene, dependency management, risk tracking, and driving to dates without constant escalation.

Comfortable running structured delivery rituals, keeping multiple teams aligned and unblocked.

Product thinking tied to BEX Whole Trip outcomes

Frames work against trip-level outcomes (e.g., trip starts, attach, multi-item rate) rather than local CVR only.

Turns research / UXR / analytics inputs into a prioritized backlog that clearly ladders into BEX Whole Trip + Families goals.

Connects day-to-day execution with what matters for Whole Trip reviews.

Experimentation & analytics fluency

Defines success metrics, experiment designs, and guardrails for UX changes.

Partners with Analytics to instrument, monitor, and interpret results, including family segments and other key cuts.

Comfortable iterating based on experiment readouts to refine experience and hit quarterly objectives.

UX-oriented product skills

Strong experience sensibility: can critique flows, simplify choices, and insist on clarity in copy (fees, PDrP, “Homes vs Hotels”, seats together, multi-room, etc.).

Translates high-level design direction into crisp requirements, UX states, and edge-case coverage for engineering.

Ensures UX quality doesn’t regress while moving quickly.

Confident partnering with Engineering, XD, Analytics; aligns owners and unblocks without creating noise.

Writes tight status updates and readouts that translate detail into exec-level “what moved / what’s next.”

Comfortable presenting trade-offs and recommendations in time-boxed contexts.

Scope & Responsibilities To deliver on the above, this PM will:

Decompose the Fruit Ninja backlog into detailed specs, UX states, and acceptance criteria across key surfaces (web + app).

Traveler insights triage and incorporation into backlog.

Dependency tracking and Jira hygiene across squads.

Risk/issue tracking, experiment setup, and concise readouts.

All day-to-day work with engineering pods and xd on the ground resources
