Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end‑to‑end design lifecycle — from brief intake to execution‑ready drawings.

Create layouts, concepts, and presentations based on client requirements.

Manage client interactions and obtain design approvals.

Prepare working/technical drawings and project schedules.

Coordinate with procurement, site, and graphic design teams.

Ensure timely delivery of multiple projects while maintaining quality.

Elevate Flipspaces’ design reputation by nurturing client relationships and delivering winning pitches.

You Bring

5+ years of interior design experience

Strong portfolio of design projects

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to run multiple projects across geographies and verticals

Deep knowledge of GFCs, materials, commercial costing, and vendor ecosystems

Exposure to team management, process optimization, and performance coaching

Data‑backed thinking and the ability to build scalable systems
