An enterprise client is seeking a LuxeHome Consultant to act as a luxury quality spotter, ensuring their homes in US - Outer Banks consistently meet impeccable guest standards. Contract Conduct thorough onsite home assessments with a detailed report provided to you. Uphold our luxury and quality standards. Foster strong relationships with Hosts. Be responsive to emails and MediaBox scheduling. Qualifications
Background in hospitality, customer service, real estate, or a related field (preferred). Flexible schedule with the ability to adapt to changing assignments. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail with a strong quality mindset. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Additional Information
This role involves in-person, on-site home consultations. To be eligible for assignments, availability of at least 4 days per week with 4-hour availability windows on those days is required. Availability should generally align with standard business hours. Home consultations last approximately 2 hours on average, depending on the number of rooms, plus travel time to reach the location. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned locations is required. Work volumes may fluctuate throughout the duration of the project and are not assured. Some weeks may see significant workloads, while others may be quieter.
