Key Responsibilities Lead and execute audit engagements for public and private clients, ensuring compliance with PCAOB or AICPA standards. Manage sections of complex audits including revenue, equity, debt, valuations, and business combinations. Assist in preparing and reviewing 10‑K/10‑Q filings and other SEC‑related documentation. Coach, supervise, and mentor junior staff throughout engagements. Identify audit issues and provide practical, well‑reasoned solutions. Collaborate with managers and partners to deliver high‑quality work within deadlines. Build strong client relationships and support ongoing communication. Ideal Candidate 2–4+ years of audit experience (public‑company experience preferred). Strong knowledge of GAAP, PCAOB or AICPA standards. Experience with SEC engagements is a bonus but not essential.
