IAM Portfolio Optimization and Lifecycle Coordinator

The Independent Aftermarket (IAM) Portfolio Optimization & Lifecycle Coordinator is responsible for managing approved changes and ongoing optimization of existing IAM product offerings. This role works closely with Sales, Packaging Engineering, and internal stakeholders to translate commercial requests, such as high-retail graphics, Minimum Sales Quantity (MSQ) adjustments, and channel readiness enhancements into structured, prioritized inputs for Packaging Engineering execution. The position also owns retail part end-of-life coordination and excess & obsolete (E&O) prevention activities, ensuring the IAM portfolio remains current, compliant, and financially healthy throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary interface between Sales and Packaging Engineering for approved changes to existing IAM offerings

Manage portfolio changes including high-retail graphics updates, Minimum Sales Quantity (MSQ) adjustments, and channel readiness enhancements

Translate commercial and customer requests into clear, structured, and prioritized inputs for Packaging Engineering

Coordinate execution of approved changes to ensure packaging updates are implemented accurately and on schedule

Support ongoing optimization of the IAM portfolio to improve readiness, efficiency, and market alignment

Own retail part end-of-life coordination, including packaging impacts and downstream execution alignment

Drive prevention of excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory through proactive portfolio and lifecycle management

Ensure changes are documented, communicated, and aligned across Sales, Packaging Engineering, and Operations

Identify trends, recurring requests, or inefficiencies and recommend process or portfolio improvements

Potential travel to suppliers, vendors, or other Stellantis locations

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging or related field

Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, or Operations teams

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent changes

Ability to translate commercial requests into actionable, technical work scopes

Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting IAM, retail, or consumer-facing product portfolios

Familiarity with packaging concepts, Minimum Sales Quantities (MSQs), graphics changes, or channel readiness requirements

Experience with product lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, or change control processes
