Overview
Our client, a Global tech company, is looking to hire a Marketing Operations Manager in Seattle, WA.
Pay Rate Range $40/hour to $50/hr. W2, depending on experience.
Responsibilities Media Planning & Execution Support
Partner with Media Managers to develop and execute fully integrated media plans across multiple channels, including:
Video (linear TV, streaming TV, premium online video)
Audio (radio, streaming, podcasts)
Digital, mobile, outdoor, print (newspapers, magazines)
Support implementation of media plans across North America campaigns
Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor live media campaigns and partner with Media Managers to assess performance
Participate in internal campaign performance meetings to review results and identify optimization opportunities
Analyze syndicated and proprietary data to determine the most effective media vehicles for target audiences
Budget, Finance & Operations
Work closely with Finance, Budget Operations, and Media Managers to manage:
Budget trackers
PO creation and updates
Invoice approvals and associated fees
Monthly spend forecasts and variance reporting
Ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting across campaigns
Creative & Trafficking Coordination
Facilitate creative and trafficking processes by owning:
Media spec sheets
Trafficking sheets
Messaging maps
Creative reviews and stakeholder approvals
Coordinate timelines and deliverables with internal teams and agency partners
Process Improvement & Agency Collaboration
Partner with the media agency to invent, simplify, and scale media operations processes and tools
Create and maintain mechanisms that improve visibility, efficiency, and accountability across media investments
Stakeholder & Industry Engagement
Build strong, trusted relationships with internal business teams, finance partners, and media agencies
Meet with sales representatives to stay current on emerging media opportunities and innovations
Demonstrate a strong understanding of media fundamentals and cross-channel strategy
Requirements
3+ years of relevant professional experience in media planning and buying
Clear understanding of media principles, planning, and buying functions in the US and Canada
Experience using industry media tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore, DCM, or similar
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Bachelor’s degree required
