Key Responsibilities
Oversee regional underwriting activity, including risk selection, pricing, and portfolio performance
Review underwriting decisions and provide guidance on risk quality, terms, and credit exposure
Lead and develop a team of underwriters while supporting broker relationships and regional growth
Qualifications
9+ years of commercial surety underwriting experience
3+ years of leadership or team management experience
