Ross Stores - 2743 West Washington Street - Responsibilities: Maintains a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and ensure a safe and secure environment; Provides courteous customer service including greeting customers and addressing questions; Develops strong partnerships with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention to minimize operational shortage; Mitigates theft and fraud by monitoring for suspicious behavior and communicating findings to leadership; Trains and educates associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper checkout procedures
