Store Protection Specialist

Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintains a visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor, greets customers, and addresses potential safety issues.; Mitigates theft and fraud by monitoring for suspicious behavior and communicating with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.; Supports Loss Prevention initiatives and collaborates with internal and external partners.; Trains and educates Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper checkout procedures.; Represents the company brand and maintains professional appearance per dress code.
