We’re seeking an experienced
IT Director
to lead all technology operations and drive the organization’s IT strategy. This onsite role oversees infrastructure, security, staff leadership, and long‑term technology planning. Key Responsibilities • Lead IT strategy and daily operations • Manage multi‑site infrastructure, security, and system upgrades • Oversee IT team hiring, training, and performance • Own IT budgeting, vendor management, and contracts • Implement IT policies, procedures, and compliance • Support business needs, projects, and process improvements • Oversee disaster recovery, data protection, and new tech adoption What We're Looking For • 10+ years in IT leadership • Strong knowledge of networks, systems, and cybersecurity • Experience managing multi‑site environments xywuqvp • Proven project and budget management • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Experience with vendor contracts + IT policy development Education • Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field • Master’s preferred • PMP, CISSP, or ITIL a plus
