Position Overview We are seeking a strategic marketing leader to shape the brand direction for a high-growth, multi-unit restaurant organization. This role will own the marketing vision, digital ecosystem, loyalty strategy, and local market initiatives—driving measurable sales growth and deeper guest engagement while partnering closely with cross-functional leaders. Brand Strategy & Revenue Growth Lead and evolve the overall marketing strategy to support national expansion Ensure consistent brand execution across all guest touchpoints Drive Same-Store Sales and profitability through data-driven campaigns Use analytics, testing, and insights to optimize performance and ROI Align marketing initiatives with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Technology teams Digital, Loyalty & Guest Engagement Build and manage a best-in-class loyalty program Oversee website, mobile app, online ordering, and in-store digital experience Shift traffic from third-party platforms to owned channels Direct SEO, online reputation, and guest review strategy Lead social media, content strategy, and creative storytelling Local Marketing & Community Impact Create scalable local store marketing programs Develop community partnerships, school programs, and fundraisers Equip operators with tools to grow neighborhood awareness and traffic Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team Manage agencies and vendor partners Establish clear KPIs and accountability for results Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution xywuqvp
