Role
The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for driving commercial performance across professional channels by translating brand strategy into compelling trade programs. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, education, and product, ensuring that launches, promotions, and campaigns are flawlessly executed to drive sell-in, sell-through, and brand consistency across professional accounts. This position plays a critical role in supporting dermatologists, plastic surgeons, med spas, and licensed skincare professionals, with a strong focus on education-driven marketing, in-clinic execution, and account growth. This reports to the VP of Global Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and revenue targets across professional channels both domestically and internationally

Drive trade marketing calendar activation, including promotions, product launches, and B2B support tools and programs

Adapt global and/or US marketing strategies to the professional channel with a strong focus on clinical credibility and compliance

Lead go-to-market B2B and B2B2C planning for new product launches, including marketing toolkits, promotions/sampling strategies, and in-clinic materials

Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, Education, and Regulatory teams to ensure cohesive and compliant execution

Translate clinical claims and education into compelling, easy-to-use trade messaging

Develop sales tools, presentations, and promotional materials that empower the sales team to drive account growth

Collaborate closely with sales field to identify opportunities, gaps, and regional needs

Support monthly sales field national meetings, and sales training events when needed

Oversee development of in-clinic materials such as displays, brochures, sampling programs, treatment menus, and patient-facing assets

Ensure consistency of brand positioning and premium execution across all professional touchpoints

Identify opportunities to enhance the service provider and patient journey within the clinic to drive growth

Track and analyze campaign performance, promotion ROI, and sell-through metrics

Use insights from sales data, field feedback, and market trends to optimize future trade initiatives

Manage trade marketing budgets and spending according to allocation per initiative

Serve as the key liaison between Marketing and Sales for all trade initiatives

Required Skills / Abilities

5–10+ years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or commercial marketing

Experience within the professional skincare, aesthetics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, beauty and/or health care industry required

Experience and knowledge with medical aesthetics and/or professional skincare tradeshows

Proven success partnering with sales field teams, garnering feedback and driving measurable commercial results

Must have experience with lead generation marketing initiatives as well as lead gen programs such as SFDC

Deep understanding of professional skincare and aesthetic channels

Strong professional skincare commercial and analytical mindset

Knowledge of B2B, B2C and B2B2C marketing activation having executed several types of programs, promotions and launches accordingly

Ability to translate clinical and technical information into compelling B2B2C strategies

Excellent project management and cross-functional department skills

Deadline driven + ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Adhering to the requirements of California's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $105,000.00 and $115,000.00 annually. The offered salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
