Commercial Lines Account Manager

About the Role We are excited to announce an opening for a Commercial Lines Account Manager who will be integral in servicing an existing book of accounts and collaborating with producers to grow and manage these accounts. This person will manage a book of Middle Market accounts over $50k in premium. Responsibilities Manage a book of commercial insurance policies, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and auto insurance. Discuss with clients their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations. Work with producers to conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the most appropriate insurance coverage for each client. Process and manage commercial insurance renewals in a timely and efficient manner. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial lines insurance. Required Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of commercial insurance products. Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both in-person and over the phone.
