Commercial Lines Account Executive

Location: Northwest Houston Texas- Hybrid Role (2-3 Days/Week In-Office) Salary: Commensurate with experience Employment Type: Full-Time Hiring Timeline: Immediate need – targeted hire by month-end Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team immediately. This role supports a generalist commercial book of business alongside highly experienced producers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing complex commercial accounts across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities Manage and service a diversified commercial lines book of business Partner closely with seasoned producers to support client retention and growth- some accounts do not have producers assigned Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and coverage analysis Serve as a primary client contact, delivering high-level service and responsiveness Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely policy execution Maintain thorough documentation and workflow management within Applied Epic Delegate administrative tasks to shared Account Manager in office Required Qualifications 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager / Account Executive experience Applied Epic experience required- those without Applied experience need not apply Strong knowledge of commercial P&C coverage and policy structures Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with minimal supervision Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail Industry Experience (Preferred) Habitational Manufacturing Legal (law firms) No oil & gas exposure required What We Offer Opportunity to work with highly experienced producers Collaborative and professional team environment How to Apply Apply via LinkedIn or send resume to ahart@cravenswarren.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
