We are adding a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a middle market generalist book. This is a service focused role working closely with producers and clients who expect responsiveness, accuracy, and practical guidance.
What You Will Do
Manage day to day servicing for a middle market commercial book across multiple industries
Handle endorsements, renewals, certificates, and policy changes with speed and accuracy
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
Partner with producers to prepare renewal strategies and marketing submissions
Review policies for coverage accuracy and flag gaps or issues proactively
Use agency technology to keep workflows clean, documented, and on track
What We Are Looking For
Commercial lines account management experience in an independent agency environment
Comfort working a generalist middle market book
Strong coverage knowledge and attention to detail
Clear communication style with clients and internal partners
Ability to manage multiple priorities without chaos
Experience with EPIC is a major plus and will put you at the top of the list.
