A well-established insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to manage complex middle-market and large commercial accounts. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, partner closely with Producers, and support renewals, coverage strategy, risk management, retention, and organic growth.

The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial insurance knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to manage renewals, carrier communication, proposals, policy reviews, and documentation with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with commercial clients, Producers, carriers, and internal team members.

Lead renewal discussions, stewardship meetings, and risk management conversations.

Review insurance programs to identify coverage gaps, exposures, and opportunities for improvement.

Provide guidance on policy structure, contractual risk transfer, claims, endorsements, and complex insurance programs.

Partner with Producers and Marketing on renewal strategy, market submissions, carrier negotiations, and client presentations.

Support retention, cross-sell opportunities, account rounding, and new business development efforts.

Maintain accurate account documentation, workflows, and client records within Applied Epic.

Serve as a technical resource and mentor to team members.

Qualifications
10+ years of commercial insurance experience.

Active Georgia Property & Casualty License required.

Experience managing complex commercial accounts, preferably middle-market or large commercial accounts.

Strong knowledge of commercial coverage, renewal strategy, risk management, and carrier relationships.

Experience reviewing policies, proposals, endorsements, and contracts.

Applied Epic experience preferred.

Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and client service skills.

Professional designation such as CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM, or CRIS preferred but not required.
