
Marketing Manager

LHH is seeking a Marketing Manager for our client in the real estate space. This role is a hands‑on marketing position responsible for supporting brand visibility, lead generation, and community‑level marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a mix of strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution and has experience supporting marketing efforts in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. This is a full‑time role offering competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support brand awareness and lead generation
Manage marketing programs across digital, print, social, and local advertising channels
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support community‑level marketing efforts
Oversee marketing materials for residential communities, including signage, digital assets, and promotional collateral
Support campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking
Maintain and update marketing content across websites, email campaigns, and social platforms
Monitor budgets related to marketing programs and vendor spend
Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
Support events, promotions, and local marketing activations as needed
Qualifications
4–7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, homebuilding, or a related industry
Experience managing multiple marketing channels and initiatives simultaneously
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
Experience working with vendors, agencies, or external partners
Working knowledge of marketing analytics and performance reporting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
