Job Summary
The Field Marketing Agent will work as the primary representative, engaging with the public and inviting them to attend Vacation Ownership Presentations. The main responsibility of this role is to promote Exploria Resorts. You will encourage vacationers to visit our resort by offering them incentives and discounted tickets to nearby attractions.
Traveling Role - Local Travel
Full Time and Part Time opportunities (must be able to work weekends) Base + Commissions!
Responsibilities And Duties
Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and clients to boost resort preview sign‑ups and ticket sales
Persuade qualified prospects to attend a Vacation Ownership presentation by offering them incentives like discounted savings on local attractions/sites of interest.
Have the chance to work and travel to off‑site events and pop‑up locations according to business needs.
Ensures we meet our goals for production, sales and monthly budget targets
Remains current on all area attractions, events, dining options, etc.
Stays up to date on all of our current incentives we offer guests
Offers guest information about the site and surrounding area when requested
Responsible for attending all staff meetings and training, as requested by management.
Performs accurate accounting and reporting of all shifts details as directed by the manager.
Adhere to company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
All other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or commission/tips-driven role
Have a charismatic and outgoing personality.
Ability to be assertive and handle objections
Works well in a team environment and enjoys collaboration
Previous OPC/Brand Ambassador experience is a plus
Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customers in a face‑to‑face setting
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate percentages and discounts.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Excellent time management skills, including the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external customers.
Able to use sound judgment and work independently, with minimal supervision
