About the Role Our New York office is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to assist in the furthering of the firm’s mission. The ideal candidate is proactive, with well‑developed critical thinking skills who is able to process, react to, and solve problems in a timely manner as they arise. The position will provide firm‑wide assistance with qualifications packages, social media, database management, research, and both graphic and written communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and be proficient in Adobe InDesign. Responsibilities Layout of digital and printed packages including qualifications, proposals, award submissions, presentations, and brochures Expansion of the firm’s presence in social media Maintenance of project information database Maintenance of digital images library Coordination of project photography Creation of PR material such as advertisements Assistance with e‑blasts such as newsletters Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in the A/E/C industry. Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills Extremely organized Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines Able to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in InDesign, Word, Excel, and Outlook Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) #J-18808-Ljbffr
