Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, TX, for a Commercial Account Manager at Blu Dot. The role involves managing and growing relationships with commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, processing orders, maintaining customer accounts, and proactively identifying new sales opportunities. You will serve as a brand ambassador, representing Blu Dot's commitment to good design and outstanding service.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Account Management and Sales, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Strong Customer Service skills coupled with a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Basic knowledge of Insurance-related processes is a plus but not required.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Comfortable working in an on-site team environment in Dallas, TX.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience in the design or furniture industry preferred.
