Senior Business Analyst

• 10+ years in product/business analysis or similar roles within pharma, biotech, diagnostics, or healthcare tech. • Must have hands-on assay development knowledge (experimental design, optimization, and common validation attributes). • Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, backlog ownership, and end-to-end SDLC delivery. • Familiarity with lab operations and assay configuration concepts (methods, instruments, reagents, controls). • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills; expert at writing user stories and acceptance criteria. • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (or similar). • Experience with LIMS, ELN, instrument integration, and lab informatics. • Exposure to data models for assay results, metadata, and audit trails. • Strong experience with agile methodologies and release management.
