Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a primary point of contact for customers. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high standard of service. The role requires adherence to established schedules and service levels within a call center environment. Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (Remote) Employment Type: Contract Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate and appropriate information to callers. Place outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls as required. Complete call guides, gathering and verifying necessary information. Adhere to established customer service and documentation standards within required time frames. Maintain call center scheduling to ensure telephone coverage during hours of operation. Attend telephone skills and program information training sessions. Perform clerical or administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. Experience: Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experience. Skills: Basic communication skills. Ability to follow oral and written directions. Ability to meet professional standards. Preferred Qualifications
