Customer Service Representative Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 15.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Responsibilities: Answer and manage multiline phone systems promptly and professionally. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with courtesy and accuracy. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Build rapport and maintain a customer-first approach. Provide product, service, or account information depending on company needs. Qualifications: Proven customer service experience. Strong typing skills with high accuracy. Ability to manage high call volumes on a multiline phone system. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with computer systems, email, and customer service software.
