into their growing Philadelphia team. This is an opportunity to join a high growth, enterprise focused SaaS organisation that works with some of the world’s largest and most recognisable businesses. Their platform helps organisations understand their workforce, map skills, and design future ready structures, enabling faster and more informed decision making in an increasingly complex world of work. Headquartered in London, with offices across North America, Europe and Australia, the business is continuing to scale its commercial team and is looking for ambitious, driven individuals who want to build a long term career in enterprise sales. The Role You will join a high performing Sales & Marketing team, supporting experienced enterprise sales professionals by generating early stage pipeline through both inbound and outbound activity. This is a varied and fast paced role where you will receive structured training, ongoing coaching and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced sales leaders. Key responsibilities include: • Achieving qualified meeting targets through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion • Designing and executing targeted sales campaigns into defined market segments • Researching accounts and building strong prospect intelligence • Qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities against clear criteria • Partnering closely with Account Executives to identify and progress opportunities • Communicating the company’s value proposition confidently to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership • Maintaining accurate CRM records and working to clear activity and pipeline metrics • Supporting brand presence at industry events and trade shows What We’re Looking For We are keen to speak with individuals who are motivated by targets, enjoy building relationships and want to develop within enterprise sales. You will likely bring: • 1+ year of sales development or business development experience, ideally within SaaS or enterprise sales • A goal oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and desire to exceed targets • Confidence speaking with a range of stakeholders, from HR leaders to senior executives • A proactive and curious approach to prospecting and problem solving • Strong xywuqvp organisation skills and attention to detail • Experience using Salesforce and core Microsoft Office tools Nice to Have: • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot or ZoomInfo • Exposure to account based marketing approaches • Experience selling into HR or workforce related audiences What’s on Offer • Hybrid working model with 1 day per week in the Philadelphia office • Competitive base salary and commission structure • 5% matched 401k • Healthcare premiums fully covered for most plans, including family, dental and vision • 25 days annual leave plus additional tenure based leave • Summer Fridays with half days across July and August • Wellbeing support including coaching, mindfulness tools and fitness sessions • Structured training and development with clear progression pathways • Opportunity to work alongside experienced enterprise sales professionals
