This role offers the chance to lead pharmacy operations at a
25‑bed, Joint Commission–accredited critical access hospital , serving Hendry County and surrounding communities—where leadership visibility and patient impact are meaningful and tangible.
About the role: The Director of Pharmacy will provide strategic and operational leadership across all pharmacy services, ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑quality medication use. You’ll collaborate closely with hospital leadership and be supported by
CPS , part of the Optum family, including clinical, operational, and regulatory experts along with advanced pharmacy technology.
