highly motivated and experienced Property Manager
to oversee daily property operations and deliver exceptional service to residents, owners, and vendors.
Position Summary The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management of a residential property, ensuring efficient operations, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of property management experience
(residential)
Bilingual required (English & Spanish)
Strong knowledge of leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and budgeting
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day property operations
Manage leasing, renewals, and tenant relations
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
Prepare budgets, reports, and financial summariesEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and concerns
