About our Agency I opened my agency in 2018 and lead a team of five, built on strong relationships, creativity, and a competitive drive to grow. Before becoming an agent, I worked for another State Farm agent and grew up around the insurance world, as my father was also an insurance agent. I attended the University of Illinois, where I ran track, and I’m one of four brothers - family, teamwork, and healthy competition are a big part of who I am. Outside the office, I enjoy traveling and staying involved in entrepreneurial projects. My brothers and I started a drinkware company, Frost Buddy, which has grown rapidly and reflects the innovation and hustle I bring into our agency as well. We stay connected to our community through chamber involvement and by hosting a golf outing that supports local high school sports. Responsibilities

Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.

Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.

Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.

Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.

Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.

Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.

Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
