Responsibilities
Collaborate with medical staff to monitor patient outcomes, set clinical priorities, and implement safety and quality initiatives.
Analyze performance data, develop action plans for quality improvement, and share best practices across units.
Promote evidence-based practice and encourage staff involvement in quality and professional development initiatives.
Foster strong internal and external relationships through mentoring, effective communication, and conflict resolution.
Support staff well-being with schedules that promote safety, healthy lifestyles, and a positive work environment.
Lead change management efforts, involving stakeholders in planning and supporting transitions effectively.
Ensure patient-centered care aligned with national standards, evidence-based practices, and organizational goals.
Manage department resources and budgets responsibly, aligning with clinical and financial priorities.
Drive staff development through training, mentorship, shared governance, and professional certifications.
Support leadership growth in Clinicians by guiding mentorship, recruitment, and performance management efforts.
