Blue Chip Talent , in partnership with a manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled
Panel Wireman . This role is responsible for assembling and wiring control panels, interpreting electrical schematics, and supporting shop-floor testing and debugging of electrical systems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in panel building and a strong understanding of industrial electrical components. Job Duties Mount electrical components, including relays, PLCs, contactors, and associated hardware Wire control panels and junction boxes according to electrical schematics and engineering drawings Interpret and follow wiring diagrams to ensure accurate assembly Perform basic start-up procedures and debug electrical assemblies on the shop floor Mark up and update redline schematics to reflect field changes Inspect completed assemblies to verify wiring accuracy and component placement Organize and manage incoming electrical parts and materials Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in panel wiring, electrical assembly, or related field Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Knowledge of industrial electrical components such as relays, PLCs, and contactors Experience in testing and troubleshooting basic wiring and assembly issues Familiarity with electrical hand tools and wiring techniques High school diploma or equivalent Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology or related field Experience working in a machine shop or industrial manufacturing environment Exposure to control panel layout and design standards Experience updating redline drawings or schematics Blue Chip Talent is an award-winning and woman-owned talent solutions provider based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
