At Key Media, you’ll lead commercial growth for our Wealth & Investments portfolio, with a primary focus on Investment News – our market‑leading publishing brand for investment professionals. You’ll sell digital advertising, sponsorships, and integrated solutions across our websites and related channels, working with leading financial services clients and agencies.
We’re a thriving B2B media company with teams in Australia, Canada, the US, the UK, New Zealand, Asia, and Europe. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across continents and enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world for up to 12 weeks a year.
About the Opportunity This is a pivotal sales leadership role responsible for driving revenue and developing a high‑performing team for one of our flagship portfolios. You’ll own and grow the Investment News brand commercially, leading, coaching, and inspiring a talented group of sales professionals while building deep, strategic relationships with clients across the wealth and investment ecosystem.
You’ll have the autonomy to:
Shape and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Investment News and the broader Wealth & Investments portfolio
Package and sell digital advertising, content partnerships, sponsorships, and integrated campaigns across our publishing platforms
Partner with Product, Editorial, Marketing, and Events to deliver innovative solutions that meet client objectives and drive measurable results

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of sales professionals to exceed ambitious revenue targets
Growing advertising revenue across Investment News and related wealth and investments brands
Owning key client and agency relationships in the financial services and investment sectors
Joining high‑value client meetings to support deal closure and provide leadership presence
Managing day‑to‑day sales activity, including pipeline coverage, forecasting, and performance tracking
Collaborating with Product, Editorial, Marketing, and Events to create compelling, investment‑focused media solutions and client messaging
Championing CRM discipline and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
Supporting annual sales planning, pricing strategy, and commercial calendar coordination
Fostering a high‑performance, collaborative team culture and supporting career development
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams
Strong background in digital media sales, publishing, or events – ideally within financial services, investments, or a related B2B sector
A track record of selling digital advertising, sponsorships, or integrated media solutions
Skilled in consultative, needs‑based selling and business development
Data‑driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
Ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams
High commercial acumen, with experience in pricing, packaging, and sponsorship/media sales
