Director of Finance
We're looking for a highly skilled Director of Finance to lead our financial strategy and planning. The ideal candidate will be a key partner to our leadership team, driving financial insights and ensuring profitable growth in our dynamic SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
Financial Leadership:
Act as a strategic partner to company leaders, providing data-driven insights to inform critical business decisions.
Reporting & Modeling:
Oversee all financial reporting and create advanced financial models for scenario planning and risk analysis.
SaaS Expertise:
Track and analyze key SaaS metrics (e.g., "ARR, LTV/CAC") to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
Experience:
7-10+ years in finance, including 3+ years in a leadership role within a high-growth SaaS company.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, etc.); MBA or CFA is preferred.
Skills:
Expertise in financial modeling, strong strategic and analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
$190,000 - $240,000
Total Compensation:
This includes potential annual bonuses, equity, and commission.
