The Director Of Finance leads both strategic and operational finance functions, partnering with executive leadership to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and data-driven decisions that support growth, profitability, and long-term enterprise value. This role also manages accounting operations, consolidations, and team development across multiple entities. Key responsibilities include providing financial leadership and insights for executive decision-making, leading budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning, performing advanced financial modeling, KPI development, and scenario analysis, overseeing monthly and annual close processes, including accruals and reconciliations, managing multi-unit financial consolidations and reporting, establishing and maintaining strong internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures, monitoring cash flow, working capital, and liquidity, leading finance system optimization and automation initiatives, partnering cross-functionally with operations, sales, and HR, and building, mentoring, and managing the finance and accounting team. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred), 710+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, exposure to FP&A and accounting operations in multi-location, retail, or distribution environments, experience with budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and executive reporting, and strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
