Commercial Account Manager

P&C Insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager in the Delray Beach, FL area. This Commercial Lines Account Manager should be comfortable working with smaller accounts and 2+ years of commercial lines experience on the retail agency side, servicing renewal accounts. This is a HYBRID role after training, 3 days in, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of commercial insurance business.
• Service and remarket renewals.
• Work with both admitted and E&S markets to place accounts.
• Issue certificates, process endorsements, submissions, applications, etc.

Qualifications:

• Active 220 license.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in commercial lines insurance, including experience in an Account Manager role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Florida commercial insurance marketplace, with an emphasis on small to mid-size commercial risks.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in insurance carriers' online platforms, agency management systems, and Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
