Personal Lines Account Manager

Join our established , leading insurance network client is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager! What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients. Manage and retain an existing book of business. Requote and remarket clients for all personal lines products as needed or requested. Cross-sell additional lines of insurance suited for clients. Generate referrals from satisfied clients. Resolve client inquiries and concerns. Comply with insurance standards and regulations. Follow up as necessary to ensure work is completed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system. Work as a team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in insurance and customer service; 2 years of P&C insurance experience required . Active Florida 440 , 2044 , or 220 license required . Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly self-motivated. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, clients, and the public. Knowledge of EZLynx or Quote Rush quoting systems is a plus . #J-18808-Ljbffr
