
Architectural Designer

A bespoke, full-service residential design firm located in downtown Chicago is looking to add an Architectural Designer to their team! The firm is responsible for coordinating and implementing all phases of architecture and design, from concept through construction and furniture installation.
Responsibilities
Maintain drawing sets in Revit and/or CAD from Schematic Design through Construction Documents
Create Revit families and/or CAD blocks as required for project-specific specialty items
Reference project information in Studio Designer as needed
Prepare PDFs for internal drawing review/coordination, Project Architect or Senior Architectural Designer review, client meetings, and drawing issuances
Prepare sketches during Construction Administration to be issued to General Contractors and maintain IDSK
Produce custom millwork drawings
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design
3+ years of experience
Experience in interior residential architecture, with significant experience in high-end residential projects, is required
Proficiency in Revit
Experience with AutoCAD is a plus
Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
