
Senior GTM Specialist - Semiconductor Partners, Core and Advanced Compute

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Worldwide Partner GTM Specialist to lead GTM engagement with our most strategic Semiconductor Partners.
The Semiconductor Partner GTM Specialist serves as the single-threaded owner for semiconductor partner GTM, driving co-sell business plans that unlock incremental EC2 revenue and accelerate customer adoption of AWS compute solutions. This role develops and executes annual partnership plans, building executive relationships with partner leadership while serving as the primary AWS point of contact for GTM activities. Responsibilities include driving incremental EC2 revenue through targeted co-sell programs, managing pipeline across Core HPC and Advanced Computing workloads, and identifying high-value opportunities in collaboration with field sales teams.
The role requires managing partner-funded GTM programs and market development funds (MDF), executing campaigns across compute domains, and enabling AWS field teams on partner solutions.
As part of the AWS Worldwide Specialist Organization, GTM specialists work with partners who have strategic potential that requires expert-level knowledge to unlock. GTM Specialists craft scalable GTM motions that address the most strategic growth opportunities across industries and workloads.

Key Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive annual GTM business plans aligned to AWS Semiconductor partners. Manage formal QBR/EBR governance mechanisms. Build and maintain executive relationships with partner leadership to form and execute joint initiatives.
Drive incremental EC2 revenue through targeted co-sell programs and customer migrations.
Develop and manage co-sell pipeline across Core HPC, Advanced Computing, and industry-specific workloads.
Coordinate cross‑functional resources from WWSO, AGS, and APO teams to support co‑sell motions.
Lead GTM campaign development for targeted computing applications including HPC, AI/ML, and industry‑specific workloads.
Execute GTM campaigns leveraging partner‑funded GTM programs and Market Development Funds (MDF) allocation.
Demonstrate thought leadership by representing partner solutions at industry events, conferences, and customer roadshows.
Work with AWS field teams to drive enablement on partner solutions, competitive positioning, and unique value propositions.
Communicate and synthesize market signals back to AWS service teams.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
5+ years of working with core cloud technology services, including compute, edge, hybrid, security, or networking.
5+ years of go‑to‑market, business development, sales, or consulting experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent.
MBA.
Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
Experience building cross‑functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization without a direct reporting relationship.
Understanding of semiconductor architecture for large‑scale enterprise workloads in domains such as CAE/CFD, EDA, and financial services.

The base salary range for this position is listed below per location. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
