Description
LCOR Incorporated is currently seeking a Leasing Manager for immediate hire to join our team at Altaire Apartments in Arlington, VA.
Job Duties
Prior Lease Up/High Rise experience
Overseeing all activities related to leasing and training / managing leasing teams
Touring prospective residents throughout the amenities and community with the objective of leasing apartments
Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries
Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly/monthly reports, including, but not limited to, market survey
Resolving resident issues or concerns
Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents
Marketing of the community through online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media
Assisting in the planning, coordinating, and attendance of regularly scheduled resident appreciation events
Preparing, maintaining, and following up on pending lease expirations and renewals
Overseeing team meetings with leasing staff to review leasing goals and track progress on all rental and move-in files for accuracy
Requirements
1 to 3 years’ experience in Property Management
Multi‑site experience is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Yardi Software
Some college experience is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Working weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week) and during inclement weather
