Job Overview
Altaire is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at Altaire and Sage properties in Arlington, VA for a Temporary/Seasonal position.
Responsibilities
Tour prospective residents throughout each building and lease apartments.
Answer leasing calls and respond to online inquiries.
Process applications, prepare lease paperwork, and produce weekly/monthly reports.
Resolve resident issues or concerns.
Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests for residents.
Market the community through online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.
Qualifications
1 to 3 years’ experience in Community Management.
Experience with high‑rise lease‑up preferred.
Knowledge of Yardi Software.
Working knowledge of LRO is a plus.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Availability to work most weekends (2 days off during the week).
Ability to work during inclement weather.
Behaviors
Detail‑oriented – capable of carrying out tasks with all necessary details.
Team player – works well as part of a group.
Enthusiastic – shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest.
