We’re partnering with a growing investment platform focused on private credit and structured finance opportunities. They’re hiring for a Private Credit Associate to join its investment team - this role offers exposure to complex financing solutions across a diverse set of industries and provides hands‑on experience in origination, underwriting, and portfolio management.
Qualifications
2‑4 years of experience in
private credit Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Familiarity with credit structuring, covenant analysis, and risk assessment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Support the sourcing and execution of private credit investments, including leveraged loans, unitranche, and structured debt. Conduct detailed financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence on potential investments. Assist in structuring transactions and preparing investment memoranda for credit committees. Monitor portfolio performance, track covenant compliance, and support ongoing risk management. Collaborate closely with senior investment professionals and external stakeholders.
