Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Insurance Agent based in Greensboro, NC. The role involves providing personalized insurance consultations, advising clients on coverage options, and assisting with their insurance and retirement planning needs. Responsibilities include prospecting and building a client base, educating clients on available insurance products, maintaining relationships with policyholders, and ensuring their long-term satisfaction. Agents will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals while delivering tailored guidance and solutions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
Strong knowledge and background in Finance and risk management
Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
State-required insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain licensing prior to employment)
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage but not required
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
