Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent position located in Omaha, NE. The role involves assisting clients with their insurance and financial needs through personal consultations, providing tailored solutions, and building long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities include promoting various insurance and financial products, explaining policy options, offering expert guidance, and delivering superior customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique goals and provide them with strategic recommendations to protect their health, wealth, and retirement plans.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
Experience in Finance and financial planning strategies
Strong Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
Proactive approach with excellent problem‑solving and organizational capabilities
Ability to work on-site in Omaha, NE, with a focus on client engagement and relationship-building
State insurance licensing or willingness to obtain licensing before starting the role
Previous experience in sales, insurance, or finance is a plus but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or education in related fields is a plus
