Role Description We are seeking a full-time Insurance Representative for our Palm Harbor, FL location. The Insurance Representative will be responsible for assisting clients with insurance-related needs, evaluating individual or business requirements, providing tailored recommendations, and processing applications. Daily tasks will include client communication, policy reviews, generating quotes, and working closely with the sales team to meet organizational goals. This is an on-site role where professionalism and customer service are key.
Qualifications
Expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
Basic understanding of finance and an ability to provide financial advice related to insurance products
Strong Customer Service skills to build relationships, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction
Licensing in Property and Casualty insurance is required (or willingness to obtain licensing within a specified timeframe)
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using technology and insurance sales software is preferred
Prior experience in the insurance or financial industries is a plus
