Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Insurance Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, advising businesses on risk management strategies, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include assessing insurance needs, negotiating policy terms with carriers, and ensuring clients receive exceptional customer service. The role also involves identifying sales opportunities and growing the agency's client base through proactive outreach and personalized consultations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Insurance Brokerage and understanding of various types of Insurance, including but not limited to Commercial Insurance
Internet and laptop/desktop
Strong Customer Service and relationship management skills
Sales expertise with proven ability to meet and exceed targets
Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and market trends
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated & detail-oriented
Active Property & Casualty License
Previous experience in commercial insurance or related fields is a plus
